Does anyone know if Tele Cable is closed
As I have continually tried sending emails and every contact I have
with Tele Cable comes back has failed ?
Maybe someone can contact Tele Cable to look at this and respond as to why there
emailing system is failing
I have been having problems with them too, emailed them on the 15th September to increase our speed from 3meg to 6meg, no response another 3 emails and 2 phone calls still not been done, also although our speed is around the 3meg everything is taking so long to open, they were going to send a engineer yesterday, still waiting. We have been with them for about 3 years until now no real problems, not sure if there is different management but not impressed with them....
I emailed Telecable last week with a request. Nothing happened, so I rang them and asked why. The answer was that they had not received any mail!!
